Riverton Forum Shopping Centre

Riverton Forum Shopping Centre is located to the south of Perth City. The shopping centre has been redeveloped to include an additional mall area with a total of 30 tenancies and an alfresco dining area.

The existing mall areas have been remodelled to provide a more modern environment, revitalizing the local area and providing the community with exceptional shopping experiences. The shopping centre remained operational during the upgrade, which required exceptional coordination between a considerable number of subcontractors. 

The nature of the project required innovative ‘tilt-up’ panel and steel frame construction techniques in order to successfully meet the requirements of the client and architect. The alternative methodology devised by Diploma was implemented successfully without implications to programme, allowing Diploma to ensure the project was completed before the peak trading period in December.
