Kent Transport

The Kent Transport Facility is a purpose built turnkey design and construct development located in the established industrial precinct of Canning Vale. The project consisted of 4,700m² of warehouse space, a 132m² external truck wash and 460m² of office space, including fully partitioned offices and open plan work stations.

Kent Transport includes CBD finishes throughout office areas, mechanical ventilation to the warehouse, sensor controlled lighting to offices to improve energy efficiency, and CCTV intruder monitoring.

Extensive use of concrete wall panels required an extreme mobile crane to erect the warehouse. Diploma sourced the largest crane available in Western Australia with a lifting capacity of 500 tonnes.
