Reserve Drive

The Reserve Drive project is a new development consisting of a single-storey commercial showroom/warehouse in a rapid expanding commercial area on the outskirts of Mandurah.

When the original tender was over the client’s budget, the Diploma team drew on experience to redesign and renegotiate the work to achieve the client’s desired result. Construction costs were reduced without compromising quality.

One of the wettest winters on record brought extreme weather conditions that delayed some works. However, with expert planning and coordination between Diploma, its subcontractors and the building tenants, we accelerated the programme to recover lost time, enabling tenants to trade through the Christmas period.
