Diploma’s property division has actively targeted apartment developments in strategically positioned suburban and regional centres. The selection of opportunities in growth areas along with design innovation and a strong market presence is instrumental to the success of the division.

Foundry Apartments in Woodbridge Lake achieved 90 percent presales ‘off-plan’ in less than three months. Construction of 43 one, two and three bedroom apartment building commenced ahead of schedule.
Rockingham is the third regional location to be earmarked for a quality apartment development. Salt Apartments recently received planning approval for 114 one and two bedroom apartments to be located across two buildings at 24 Flinders Lane in LandCorp’s Rockingham Waterfront Village. The buildings will be five and eight levels with some commanding ocean views.
Other projects currently in the Development Approval process include:
- Approval has been sought for the Pier Street Development: 140 apartments undertaken with the Department of Housing as a partner;
- Design development has commenced on the Lord Street development: 80 apartments undertaken with development partners; and
- Submissions the City of Perth have been made for 176 Adelaide Terrace: 78 apartments undertaken solely by the Diploma properties division.
This is a solid result for Diploma’s property division and the team is currently in the process of finalising a number of opportunities in its own right and as a development partner.
