- Diploma signed an AUD $20m contract in the UAE;
- Department of Housing selected Diploma for the $35m Campbell St mixed use development;
- Diploma awarded $13.5m heritage refurbishment contract at 726 Hay Street in Perth;
- Work commences on $17.5m Foundry Apartments in Midland; and
- Diploma and the Department of Housing execute the Pier Street Agreement.
