Diploma Properties is an end-to-end property development business with services including project initiations; feasibility studies; site acquisitions; design and construction management; legals and finance. Diploma's Property Development division has a portfolio worth close to $300m, including more than 600 residential apartments, and 4,900m² of commercial, office and retail space.

Diploma Construction develops and constructs some of Australia’s largest projects on behalf of external clients and has a solid reputation for innovation, safety and excellence. These projects encompass premium residential, commercial and retail developments and current projects are valued at in excess of $280m.
