The Diploma Group is an integrated property development, construction and facilities management company.  We develop and construct some of Western Australia’s largest premium commercial and residential projects.  

Since 1976 we have grown from a boutique residential construction company into a substantial listed company.  We now employ over 100 people and manage a large portfolio which is rapidly expanding into new domestic and international markets.

Our head office is in Perth, Western Australia, and we have interests throughout Australia and in the United Arab Emirates.

Diploma Group operates through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Diploma Construction and Diploma Properties.
