Gateway North is occupied with only six new apartments available for sale. Stage 2, Gateway South launched on 5 July 2009 with over 50 percent now sold. Time is limited to buy off the plan with Gateway South's anticipated completion in late 2009. The release of Cove and Edge will follow.
