Zenith City Centro Apartments is located in Murray Street, Perth. It will contain 126 apartments over 24 levels and 2 commercial tenancies.
Services, retail and commercial units will occupy the ground level, together a swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna for residents. The building features a fully automated 10-storey steel frame car stacker, the first in Perth.
Restricted access to the site demands extra planning and attention to safety, materials delivery, offloading and storage.
To maintain access to the rear tower during construction of the stacker, it will be crucial to use the correct method for propping and phasing of works. Access constraints will also create challenges for the Diploma team during construction of the hydraulic jump form.
