Diploma Group has been appointed to build the first stage of the Queens Riverside mixed-use development on behalf of Frasers Group. The development will be built on the site of the old East Perth bus depot on Adelaide Terrace in Perth.
Upon completion of the development, Queens Riverside Stage 1 will feature commercial, retail, residential and hospitality components. Construction on the project commenced in January 2010 with an estimated completion of mid 2012.
