Peak Apartments is a 20 level tower incorporating 54 luxury apartments in a spectacular CBD location at 229 Adelaide Terrace, Perth.
Building amenities include an impressive pool and garden area, a fully equipped gymnasium, secure car parking, and a swipe card security system.
Diploma designed and procured the project’s jump form system, which was manufactured overseas. The design incorporated two lift shafts and one scissor stair and was dimensioned so it could be reduced to a single lift shaft. This flexible design is now being used in a second project.
The site was surrounded by buildings on three boundaries including a hotel on the eastern boundary, creating challenges for on-site materials handling.
