Diploma and the WA state government Department of Housing have partnered together once again to create One Aberdeen which is a vibrant, mixed use commercial and residential apartment building for the City of Perth.
Upon completion, the building will offer 161 one and two bedroom apartments including split-level residences, plus 550m2 of commercial space on the ground floor. This thirteen level building will be positioned in a superb inner-city location where residents can make the most of the surrounding facilities such as the new Perth City Link.
One Aberdeen also includes the innovative ‘Essential Housing’ initiative introduced by Diploma and the Department of Housing to increase the opportunity for workers who provide essential services within the Perth CBD to purchase an apartment.
This is the first time this initiative has been introduced in this capacity in Western Australia.
