Midland Central is a commercial showroom/warehouse development consisting of 17 tenancies with a nett leasable area of 23,000m².
Midland Central is a tilt panel structural steel building with large external windows, installed against colour-backed false glass to create an aesthetically pleasing, contemporary look to the building elevation.
The key construction challenge on this project was speed. Tight document management and control was essential to prevent delays.
The project was delivered some 3 months early, on what was already deemed to be an ambitious contract programme. Whilst most were skeptical when the ambitious targets were set, Diploma delivered. |
