Churchill Avenue is located in the popular inner city suburb of Subiaco. The project is a mixed use low rise boutique development including approximately 2000m2 of office space and 4 residential apartments.
The building is a brick and concrete framed structure with a light weight metal roof. Apartment interiors are finished with quality fixtures and fittings, including stone bench tops, stainless steel white goods and natural wall cladding.
The building area on this project is boundary to boundary. Careful attention was required to protect adjoining properties, particularly as piling is required to construct the basement car park. The crowded construction area posed challenges to the project team with a requirement for flexibility when placing temporary amenities and material deliveries. |
