Diploma was selected by the Department of Housing as the preferred partner to build a residential and commercial project on Campbell Street in West Perth.
Upon completion, the project will include 85 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments plus approximately 425m² of commercial space.
Diploma enlisted the skills of award-winning Perth architects, JCY Architects, to develop a concept for the site that maximises the potential of its inner-city location and has a strong focus on sustainability.
Work is due to commence in June 2011 with completion scheduled for April 2013.
