The Box Building is an iconic landmark in Perth. The 12-level apartment building is located in central Perth’s fashionable West End. The building contains 30 luxury residential apartments, a stylish cocktail bar and a New York style restaurant, earning it a reputation in Perth as one of the highest quality apartment buildings in the city. Diploma coordinated and installed all fit out works for the building. Apartments are finished with architectural features such as Corian flooring in bathrooms and laundries, and stainless steel bench tops. External balconies feature clear, frameless glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails.
Part of the challenge of this project was to retain the existing heritage façade while transforming the property into a contemporary residential building.
