Work has commenced on the refurbishment of this heritage listed building located at 726 Hay Street in the heart of Perth's CBD and retail precinct.

Comprising four levels of prime retail and commercial space, the 90 year old facade will be carefully restored to its original glory for Diploma's client, Winston Holdings Pty Ltd.

Existing ground floor retailers will continue to operate throughout this refurbishment, which is due for completion in February 2012.
